We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We also offer our unique U-Turn option!

For traditional returns and exchanges, items in new and unused condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your return package, we’ll either replace or refund your order per your request. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Read more on our returns page.

Natural wool

We make our felted wool the traditional way: by hand using only 100% New Zealand wool, soap and water. The result is a natural material that’s soft and fluffy yet thick and hefty. Because artisans makes each piece of fabric, no two of these textiles are the same, adding to the singularity of every one of these products.

Hand crafted

All elements on these bags and bins are stitched by hand with love and care in our Nepalese workshop, where the region’s traditional woolworking skills are still practiced everyday.

Everything from the vegan leather straps on the Bagbuk to the friendly, round eyes of the Frogbuk, has been expertly stitched by our local artisans—giving them an authenticity that makes each a functional work of art.
