Baabuk ships to most countries

- Switzerland: Free shipping on orders over 100 CHF. 10 CHF for most other orders.

- USA: Free shipping on orders over $200. $15 for most other orders. For our US customers: import tariffs are paid by Baabuk, so your order arrives with no extra fees.

- Other destinations: Free shipping to most countries on orders over €200. Standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Customers outside of the EU may be responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.  

Some items may have special shipping rates, such as small accessories or large home accessories. For these items, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We also offer our unique U-Turn option!

For traditional returns and exchanges, items in new and unused condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your return package, we’ll either replace or refund your order per your request. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Read more on our returns page. 

Clearance sale items & customized products are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

365-Day Warranty: We are committed to making sustainable and durable products designed for long- term wear. However, we recognize that the process of working with wool is and art and therefore, some products are more susceptible to faster wear. All Baabuk products come with a 365-day warranty which covers any rips, tears, holes, or other material damage. Simply contact us at info@baabuk.com
